About

AI coaching for the work behind the work.

Agile professionals are well trained in frameworks and largely alone in the moments that actually decide how things go.

Why this exists

The hard part was never the framework.

Almost everyone in these roles knows the theory. They have read the guides, sat the courses, and can recite the events and accountabilities on request. Then Monday arrives.

A retrospective goes quiet and nobody knows why. A stakeholder escalates over a rejected request. Two developers stop speaking to each other. A transformation that looked healthy at month six is going through the motions at month eighteen. None of these are in the guide, and none of them wait for your next community meetup or one-to-one.

What helps in those moments is a second perspective — someone who asks the question you hadn’t thought to ask, names the thing you were circling, and sends you into the room with a plan rather than a hope. That is what coaching is for, and it has always been the scarcest thing in the job.

Oelean exists to make that second perspective available at the moment you need it, rather than the moment someone is free.

What we believe

Four things that shape every answer.

  • 01

    Coaching beats answering

The fastest answer is rarely the most useful one. A good coach narrows the problem until the next move is obvious to you — because a decision you reasoned your way to is one you can defend, adapt and repeat.

  • 02

    The role is the context

A Scrum Master facing a silent retrospective and a Product Owner facing three urgent stakeholders are not doing the same job. General-purpose assistants flatten that difference. Each coach here is built around one role's responsibilities, decisions and failure modes.

  • 03

    Frameworks serve the situation

Not the other way round. If the orthodox answer is wrong for your context, your coach should say so. Quoting the guide back at you when you already know it helps nobody.

  • 04

    The human keeps the judgement

Your coach doesn't attend your events, hold your relationships, read your room or carry your credibility. Those are yours. It helps you think before you walk in — and that's deliberately where it stops.

Being clear

What Oelean is not.

We would rather say this plainly than let anyone find out later.

  • A replacement for a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach
  • A certification, a course, or a path to one
  • A faster way to look up the Scrum Guide
  • A tool that makes decisions on your behalf

The work of coaching a team, earning trust and holding a room is human work. It stays that way. Everything here is built to make the person doing it better prepared.

The coaches

Three roles. Three specialists.

Each built around the responsibilities and decisions that come with one job.
